protect Women's reproductive rights

  • Women have a right to choice when it comes to their personal medical decisions. Abortion is healthcare
  • You voted. You spoke. You made it law. Issue 1 must be implemented as it was passed; by you.
  • We must ensure Doctors are not prosecuted for providing a legitimate, lawful medical provedure.
  • No ten year old should be required to leave our State to reclaim her childhood a result of rape, incest, or health of the mother.

BRING BACK UNION JOBS

  • Workers deserve representation, fair wages, and a place at the table.
  • Right-to-work laws must be eliminated in Ohio. Fair-share laws will be passed.
  • Private and public corporations must respect and honor the dignity of their workers and their right to organize.
  • Support new Union drives to organize all workers throughout the 22nd District.
  • Reinforce and support you, our organized labor force.

Invest in education

  • Proactively meet each individual child's needs.
  • Invest in trade and vocational programs to ensure a stronger workforce for tomorrow.
  • Separate report cards from standardized testing; the current system is failing our students and our teachers.
  • Will introduce legislation to guarantee public, community funded pre-school education for the families and children of Richland, Ashland, and Medina Counties.

Health Care As an essential right

  • Ensure that funding for Medicare and Medicaide is not cut.
  • Expand and protect medical care access to our rural communities.
  • Create a network of mobile medical units to serve communities with limited access to fundamental care.
  • Develop a comprehensive mental health response and care initiative in collaboration with local law enforcement and hospitals.

fight Gerrymandering, Special Interest & corruption

  • Stand up against out-of-state, corporate, and special interest.
  • Will introduce, on day one, legislation to prohibit Members of the State Assembly from accepting any and all money from out-of-state, special interest PACs.
  • Will work along side Senate Republicans to ensure fair and equitable representative districts in our State.
